2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of WellDone Software

We accept credit cards (via 2Checkout), wire transfer (we will tell you the account details) and Western Union. We plan to do direct deposits in future.
Payment is divided in several parts, according to the milestones of the project. We discuss them with you, and you always pay for what you get. If this is a Windows application, we send you alpha- and beta-versions, adding functionality step by step.
If this is a web site, you can see the intermediate results of the development on our test server. It usually looks like yourproject.welldonesoft.com.

Delivery and Maintenance

Software

We deliver the application’s setup file. Inside the file – besides the binaries – there are usually a help file, a license key or other means of authorization (if needed), samples (if needed) and supporting files (data files, sounds, images etc.).
Sources can be delivered upon additional request.

Web sites
Depending on the platform on which a website resides, we deliver either CGI binaries or PHP/ASP sources. HTML templates and images are included.
We usually (unless a customer doesn’t need it) supply web sites with a CMS (content management system). We may generate test content to show how the web site works. If needed, we can fill it with the original content (this is a subject for discussion). Content can be provided in text files, word processor files, PDF and HTML documents, Excel worksheets etc.
Apart from the site engine we deliver documentation or a manual. Besides, our code is commented, so it assumes easy modifications.

Guarantees

We guarantee bug fixes for all our products within a year from the purchase date.
We guarantee delivery in 24 hours upon payment for websites, and in 6 hours – for windows applications.
