We communicate with customers several times a day. In fact, you may be spending a whole day at your office, having MSN or ICQ turned on, and you can have a live conversation with one of the person responsible for your project. Except when we’re having a lunch of course :) If it bothers you, we will just email you on a daily basis or more frequently (if needed. Imagine we discovered a good idea and want to share it with you!).
Hiding from customers until some magic pushes them to produce some code is not our style. We love keeping in touch!

Maintenance of your project: we are available to help you after the work is done.

We understand that it is impossible to make a good name on issuing some product, and then refusing to help making  this product actually bring some profit. Profit means not only money, but also higher usability, more comfort, better business organization, advantages over competitors etc. We are fully aware that you’ve ordered an application or a web site not because you good-heartedly agreed to supply us with some job. You needed them to achieve some key to success. So it’s our duty to help you with it. Along with the application itself, you receive detailed manuals and/or documentation. Moreover, we are available within a whole year to help you with the problems that may occur during your experience with the software we have created for you. You should believe us – we will be grateful if you report any problem to us! We don’t want you to search for some other person to help you!
